FREEZE LIST PROTECTION PROGRAM
At West Beach Marina, we understand that Texas weather can be unpredictable. If you have not winterized your boat and it is stored on a boat lift, we offer a complimentary Freeze List service to help protect your vessel during hard freeze events.
HOW IT WORKS
When a hard freeze is forecasted, our team will lower your boat just enough so that the out-drive and a portion of the hull sit safely in the lake water. Because Lake Travis water temperatures typically remain in the mid-50s during winter months, the surrounding water helps insulate and protect your engine and lower unit from freeze damage during typical Central Texas cold fronts. This service is offered free of charge as a courtesy to our customers.
