WBM Lake Travis Marina Slip Costs
Our current monthly rental fees for covered slips range in price from $275 to $525 per month, depending on the size of the slip. When you factor in the free month, you get your first year with us, the average slip rate is even lower. We also offer a 10% discount if you pay for the year in advance.
A boat lift is a great way to keep your valuable investment clean and secure, and we highly recommend these. We are an authorized HydroHoist dealer and offer new and used boat lifts for sale to members. We can also provide lifts on a rental basis for an additional $100-$175/month (depending on weight capacity) added to your slip rental fee. Boat lift rentals are another way we provide value to our members – eliminating the need to find, buy, sell or move the lift yourself.
We have a limited number of uncovered slips, starting at less than $200 per month. We also rent personal watercraft (PWC) ports for Jet Skis, Sea Doos, etc. starting at $50/month. And we have a limited amount of space for trailer storage ($30-45/mo.) and boat-on-trailer storage ($50-150/mo.) Harbor Facilities – Amenities and Security
West Beach is designed to be a quiet, family-friendly marina. Our members are Lake Travis boaters who want to enjoy water skiing, wake boarding, jet skiing or just cruising around. We deliberately chose not to have a gas dock, ship’s store, restaurant or bar. However, all of these are just a few minutes away. So our members won’t have to deal with a lot of noise, crowds and traffic. WBM members do get a 10% discount on fuel at 2 nearby gas docks.
Boaters in search of a Lake Travis marina with a wild, raucous party boat atmosphere on the docks are not going to find that here at our family-friendly facility. But we’re just a couple minutes from Devil’s Cove, the lake’s #1 party cove and meeting place for young people (of all ages). Our members have the best of both worlds — quiet Lake Travis marina slips, with major fun just a few minutes away. And there are plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and marine services within a ten minute drive.
West Beach Marina – Slips and Boat Docks
As you arrive at West Beach you enter our gated entrance, drive past our office and restrooms on the right, and down to our spacious dockside waterfront parking area. You and your guests won’t have to hike narrow ramps or steep stairs with your gear to get to the boat docks. You have 24/7 access to your boat slip with no waiting on a shuttle boat, tram or golf cart.
Unlike many Lake Travis marinas, our boat docks sit in deep water — regardless of the lake level. For your convenience, we’re right on the main channel of the Colorado River. So you won’t have to navigate through a crowded maze of docks and obstacles to reach open water. To minimize the wave action and protect our members’ boats, our docks have a built-in breakwater.
And when you head home in the evening, you can count on your boat and gear being well protected. WBM has a gated entrance, video surveillance system and nightly watchman patrols. Management walks the docks daily to check that the marina slips and your boat are secure.
Most Convenient Marina on Lake Travis
A lot of boating enthusiasts in Austin, TX like to trailer their boats, and launch them at one of the many public parks. Unfortunately, when the Lake Travis water level falls below 640’ above Mean Sea Level (MSL), these facilities are high and dry (and closed). And even when they’re open, they usually have long lines, crowded/distant parking areas, and a bunch of grumpy people waiting in the hot Texas sun. When does the fun start?!
It’s very frustrating to have an awesome runabout, jet ski or bow rider — and not be able to get it into the water! Our Solution: An affordable and convenient Lake Travis marina slip! Check out our dock layout and pricing.
